Calling all entries for
The Great 2021 Scavenger Hunt!

The deadline for submission of entries is Thursday 13th May... and here is how...

Please read the following information carefully as we are trying something new for us all, and remember - if you have problems please contact Bee Saunders (details in the guild directory).

I have made a fillable Google form to gather entries. ALL members should be able to fill this out. You do NOT need to have a gmail account.

Just follow the link below, fill everything out, and simply click submit:

CQG Challenge - The Great 2021 Scavenger Hunt

Photo submission:

Please e-mail photos to zoom@coastalquilterssb.orgwith the subject 'Challenge', and make sure your name is clearly indicated.

Please take at least two photos of your entry, though you may submit up to five images. One photo must show the entire quilt, including binding. The remaining photo(s) will be detailed images of particular scavenger hunt items. Please make sure all images are of good quality (suggested minimum file size of 1MB).

Some helpful tips when photographing your quilt:
Take LOTS of pictures so that you can select the best ones.
It is absolutely fine to use your camera phone!
The quilt should appear flat and square in any image: avoid distortion where one side appears bigger than the opposite one.
Be careful with your lighting: avoid strong shadows or overexposure due to bright sunlight.

To summarize, by Thursday 13th May:
1. Follow the link and fill out the form
2. E-mail your photos to zoom@coastalquilterssb.org

Many thanks, and we are so excited to see the results of everyone's hard work!

Bee Saunders and Pat Masterson
